Well what can we say, but a great big thank you to Rebecca for arranging our dream anniversary holiday to Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Rebecca certainly knows her job, every tour, trip, flights boats and trains were spot on. The hotels were certainly the very best, all being aware it was a special holiday, we were treated so very well with love and kindness. The tour guides and Safari rangers were extremely knowledgeable and made it a magical experience. The whole trip went so smooth it now feels like a dream. A very big thank you to Rebecca for making this a memorable experience, one we will never forget and we will definitely recommend Holiday Architects, in fact we already have.

Amazing trip to Cambodia after rearranging due to covid. Great hotels ,friendly and interesting guides. Just the right amount of touring and relaxing. Hotels all great. Cambodian people were so lovely. Thank you to Sophie at holiday architects for putting the trip together

Things started on a high when we contacted the company regarding a holiday to South Africa. Our initial contact was with Ronnie, who immediately recognised the type of holiday and hotels we were looking for. Once Covid hit things went dramatically downhill. We were given several other agents to deal with and given the difficult time during Covid, we were very understanding. But once we were hit with a second lockdown and the situation in South Africa was not good, we postponed our holiday. The agent actually cancelled our flights meaning that we had would not be fully reimbursed by BA and the fee from Holiday Architects was taken. We were informed of loosing thousands of pounds at 5.30pm on a Friday after which the company were uncontactable. We spent a very stressful weekend thinking that we had lost an enormous amount of money and after speaking with the manager on the Monday, he contacted BA to postpone the flight rather than cancel, but the damage had been done. We rebooked but the communication was very poor and the agent did not inform us when our flight time was changed and if we hadn't checked ourselves would have missed the flight. My wife had to take off more time from work due to the change in the flight which was also an issue. Communication before we left was zilch and no one contacted us as all. We have had more communication using a budget company and think that Holiday Architects charge far too much for what they actually offer. We would never use them again.
