Very rude taxi driver

Rubbish.Elderly couple in late eighties. The driver on arrival never even gotout of his seat to help my wife struggling to get out of back seat of the taxi. Then said he didn't have change when I paid. Surely taxi drivers carry change?. Beware

Poor behaviour and communication from the call handlers. They hung up on me whilst I was trying to find out where my taxi was which I had booked and confirmed but which had gone to someone else. We waited for 25 mins for the 6 seater they had sent out but nothing. They then told two taxis who were waiting at our pick up place (for other people who were no longer there) not to take us because they were sending a 6 seater. So they left but 10 mins later came back to pick us up as our taxis. Taxi driver and customers both very frustrated. Had to pay more for 2 taxis rather than the 6 seater we had booked. Overall 40 mins late leaving after booked time, spent more money and felt the frustration of the taxi drivers. Would recommend finding a driver to use rather than booking with star line.
