Great place. The staff are f&@king great. Nice, welcoming and understanding of your needs and likes. Knowledgable and very helpful. Oh, and reassurance. Mind was put at rest very quickly and a string of bad, miss guided choices were quickly forgotten about

I had my first ever tattoo done at No Regrets Cheltenham. I booked in with Bruno for a bespoke floral tattoo on my shoulder and I got exactly what I wanted, Im super happy! He got in touch with me once Id submitted my form, and he explained his creative process, and I gave a description of what I wanted, then he gave a quote for the piece. All very straight forward. The studio is clean and modern, spacious and a comfortable private room for your tattoo. The girls on reception were lovely and knowledgeable about aftercare. Bruno is a true artist and gentleman. He is clearly talented, and was able to listen to my description of 3 different flowers I wanted, how big I wanted them roughly, and why they were important to me. I then trusted him to use this information and trust the creative process where he hand drew his design with sharpie. He gave me plenty of opportunities to check the tattoo design in sharpie in the mirror to check I was happy with it, as well as checking throughout the tattoo session. He was friendly, polite, respectful and a true gentleman, which was important to me as I was going for my first tattoo on my own (female, 29yo). He made my first tattoo a very calm, relaxed and safe experience, and I wouldnt hesitate to go to Bruno again. As for the tattoo itself, it is exactly what I wanted, I am so so pleased with it.
