        Whilst training for a triathlon I visited Sharon for Sports Massage to keep me going. She was very knowledgable, on top of a fantastic sports massage, she recommended stretches and exercises to fight off my usual niggling injuries. Great location in the centre of Cheltenham and lovely tranquil room as well.
