    An excellent personal trainer/sports massage therapist who works hard to support your needs. He knows his stuff too - I had a problem with sciatic pain for a few months and had even seen a physio a few times, but after my first session with Oliver I could feel huge improvements!! He gave me some great exercises I can work at on my own on a daily basis between sessions too, and explained his reasons for getting me to try each movement or stretch. I would highly recommend!

    I went to Oli for personal training because there were certain muscles and areas I wanted to focus on. He was very knowlegable about exercises that were suitable, and recommended a variety of different excercises for each area. He was great in showing me how to set up the equipment for when I use the gym on my own, and assessing the weights I should use for optimum effect. As well as this Oli is very personable, and was very good at explaining the technical elements of certain excersises...for example he explained to me the pros and cons of both standard deadlifts and sumo deadlifts. I would recommend his training sessions to anyone looking to get fitter and either needs that extra push or want some expert guidance.
