I had the pleasure of working with Tom on finding my next! Tom was patient with me on the first call to understand exactly what I was looking for and what was important to me when looking for a new job. Throughout a long process, Tom was available to answer questions and to provide feedback along with information on next steps. While I will not get into specifics, my particular case was riddled with nuances that required a lot of attention. Ultimately, what a pleasure.. everything came together. I think one of the key things in the recruiting space is having a trusted advisor, who is essentially your lawyer in the recruitment process. You share your truths and map a way to achieve an end goal. I really enjoyed working with Tom and would recommend him to anyone seeking a bespoke recruiting experience.
