Im doing this comment from Portugal Madeira Island , i bought the Omex600 from a representant but since he wasnt with enough free time to answer my doubts , i contacted Omex itself by email. And the service could not be better , always responsive and ready to help on any questions! Thank you very much!

Having used the OMEX 600 series on many customer builds, this is my go to ECU supplier, first class service, first class product and tech back up, never had a fault with any of my installations using this system, we have converted many series 2 RS turbos to OMEX management, all i can say is it changes the car totally, starts first time every time, hot or cold, fantastic power results with reliability, well done guys

Personally, they do not even deserve 1 star as their service has been absolutely diabolical. My son purchased an item from them earlier in 2019, which never worked so returned it. After having it a week they still hadn't even looked at it and promised they would the next day. A few days later, I contacted them by phone, spoke to Tech Support (option 2) and the guy promised he would post it out that day (28th May 2019) free, and it never got posted. Eight days later, I phoned them again to have someone else saying he couldn't find any notes about it and to phone back later, which I did. Another person answered the phone and now said it won't be posted until I send them a bank transfer of 14.40 to cover postage. However, yesterday (10th June 2019) my son phoned them to see if it was posted and he was told it wasn't because they hadn't received the 14.40. Omex were told they received it within 10 minutes of asking for it and we have a receipt from the bank about it. Last night they emailed my son and said it's not posted yet and I phoned them today (11th June 2019) and was promised again that it will be sent out today and a tracking number emailed. So, don't waste your time or money with these uneless, imcompetents and shop elsewhere.

My son purchased an item from them earlier in 2019, which never worked so returned it. After having it a week they still hadn't even looked at it and promised they would the next day.
