She really took the time to discuss what I wanted to achieve and explain the different types of filler, which was the most suitable for me and why. She explained each step during the procedure and I was totally confident from the start that she would achieve the natural look I wanted - and she did. No hesitation in recommending her to anyone wanting aesthetic treatments in Cheltenham and the surrounding area who wants the reassurance that their practitioner is a medical professional. Already booked for another treatment in June and waiting for my recommended skincare product to arrive. Thanks again Kelly!

        Kelly is always so thorough, and explains the treatments in full. She goes through all the associated risks and makes sure I understand everything before proceeding. Kelly also always books a follow up appointment to make sure everything is as expected! I can't recommend her highly enough!

        A friend of mine recommended Kelly at Skin redefined in Cheltenham.Kelly was great from the start .I wonted Botox and did not really know much about the treatment. Kelly explained in great detail what to expect and the results of the procedure. I would fully recommend Kelly Very professional and friendly.
