        Everytime I have a key problem and go there,that employee manages to ruin my day,so rude and sour

        Absolutely terrible service. Never been told I am not a customer before. Tried to have some keys cut, they had no blanks. I had 2 blanks but he said no cant do customer supplied blanks! I asked why. Its policy which is ridiculous. I told him that. He said I was rude. I think being told Im not a paying customer is rude. So I went to Stokes and sons and absolutely no problem all keys cut using my blanks. Brilliant. Avoid TIMSON AT ALL COSTS!!
