        As a family member of one of the guests at Capel Court I can honestly say the staff there are wonderful. They go out of the way to help the residents - above and beyond what's needed. They are truly amazing.Please ignore the one star review as that person has clearly never had someone stay there before.

        Obviously Mr John Smith knows nothing of this establishment or very much like his many, many bad reviews for nearly every company in gloucestershire just likes to be a debbie downer writing poor review after poor review in hopes to make someone have a bad day. If he/she expects 5 star cuisine at a supported housing company then i suggest their thought process needs changing. The staff are always helpful, honest and friendly.
