Curb Properties

I stayed, with two friends, at a holiday cottage that Curb maintains on Sanford Street. The place was dirty on arrival, to our surprise (given the high nightly cost), and we found the place to be very much in need of some TLC. We did raise some of our concerns with Curb, but found their customer service to be dismissive and rude. The tone of the response really surprised us, since its not our fault they can't find a good cleaner and ensure expectations are met for the price point paid! We will avoid booking any Curb properties in future, given our experience.

I recently rented a room through Curb Properties, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. From the moment I first reached out to them, the team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. The application process was straightforward and easy to navigate, with clear instructions on what documents were required and how to submit them. What really stood out to me, though, was the level of customer service provided by the Curb Properties. Abbie was always available to answer any questions I had and kept me updated throughout the entire process.

Excellent service. I am very pleased with the companys service. They are very trustable. You can trust and rely on them, they are very friendly and will always reply quickly to any tenant's requests. I would recommend the Curb Properties if you are looking for a room to stay.
