Awful, had a very rude guy from the hotel phone my room at 4am... yes 4am telling me to turn my music down as I'm causing a disturbance, i informed him there must be a mistake as me and the missus had been asleep for hours and had not been playing music at all during our stay. Then he became rude and hostile with me, now surely if you get a noise complaint from a guest you would go and check it out in person to make sure you had the right room, and not just call them waffling a load of rubbish, especially at 4am. Of course as a result of this i could not sleep and to add to this there was someone running up and down the stairs going to the toilet constantly, probably the real culprit of the disturbance but hey ho
