Soul to Sole Reflexology and Reiki

For anyone who is needing some inner healing, Rachel is your person to go to, she is such a kind soul. I highly recommend her. After an initial screening call, she has recommended me to book a Reiki session. Rachel explained everything she does during the session itself. I have learnt a lot from her about the Reiki Chakra's and how they are connected with the body. The environment is peaceful and welcoming and, Rachel is such a caring and gentle soul, which put me at ease and I felt very relaxed. During the session with her, I let go of how I felt and embraced the energies with an open heart.

Rachael has been nothing short of phenomenal in her understanding and treatment of me. After the third treatment I experienced a huge breakthrough in past trauma issues and finally felt able to address them - something I had previously been unable to do. Rachael has an incredible intuition and I feel the effects for several days after a treatment. In short, Rachael is wonderful and I highly recommend her!

The experience with Rachael was amazing better than I ever imagined ! I have never had my body balanced and beforehand I was so stressed and my anxiety was high worrying about an operation I have coming up. After treatment I felt so relaxed and I slept so well on the evening and for the rest of that week. It was such a lovely experience that I am hooked and booked another session . Rachael explained throughout the treatment what she was doing and made me feel so relaxed . It is lovely also fo be able to have a treatment in the comfort of my own home.

I contacted Rachael as she was recommended through a family friend as I was really struggling with bereavement. 8 months into the bereavement and my emotional health was utterly dictating my physical health. I was all over the place, feeling exhausted and didnt have a clue where to start. However, it has been the best decision I have ever made. I cannot believe only after 6 weeks (4 treatments in total) the difference it has made. I am far calmer, relaxed and more content. I am learning to look after me, to put myself first and learning to re-grow around my loss. Rachael is amazing, she is so calming, knowledgable, completely makes you feel at ease and centres the treatment specifically to you and your needs. I cannot recommend Rachael enough!!
