Cambray property management look after the building I own as part of a share of freehold and thus far have been brilliant and responsive to any requests so I cannot fault them. They are guiding the building along a proper management plan as well as having valuable trusted traders known to them whilst being pragmatic in their approach. I am very happy with their service.

I rented from them for roughly 10 months. During this time a leak happened due to a burst pipe nearby the floor of the bathroom. The letting agency was incredibly slow and disorganized in managing the leak causing distress to me and my neighbor. The leak happened as I was on holiday abroad, when I came back the flat was in a desperate condition due to the work that were ongoing. The damp carpet from the hallway was removed exposing the rotten boards and left in the living room, the light fitting was lying in a corner, there was a hole in the ceiling and the bathroom was left with dirt all over the place left by the people carrying out the repair work. Despite this, the flat was considered fit to live in by the letting agency. It took more than two and half weeks (and a number of emails and phone calls) to convince the agency to send someone to come back and clean up, meanwhile the repairs were being carried out. They came back and cleaned up in two stages, as the first time the forgot to pick up the damp carpet lying in the living room. Overall they were very unresponsive and disorganized. I do not recommend them.

I have recently purchased and moved into a flat where the building is managed by Cambray. My dealings with the company have been few due to being a new resident and on the whole the staff are helpful trying to help me resolve issues. However, unfortunately a woman called Kate manages our building. Kate is rude, condescending, patronising and even stormed off before finishing a conversation with me - the epitome of rude and unprofessional. She lets the company down and gives off a very poor, lasting first impression

The most unhelpful, arrogant and money grabbing con artists I have ever dealt with. Ive owned a property within a building they manage for 5years and theyve done the below minimum during that entire time. Now that Im selling Ive been told I need to purchase a sellers pack for 200. When I asked if had to buy it as 200 is a lot of money for information I already own, the person I spoke to scoffed and said I wouldnt buy a flat so I wouldnt be in this situation. Object all you want but you wont sell without it Sums up the arrogance of the entire company.

Cambray have been looking after our building for more than 15 years. Great company, good people who work very hard on our behalf. Very happy with the service, communication and ongoing support. Highly recommend.
