        Avoid at all costs and I mean costs. As managing agents for our apartments they have overcharged us, charged us for services they have not carried out, carried out unauthorised works in breach of leaseholder rights, refuse to answer any questions on the financial accounts they sent us (after months and months of us asking) and refuse point blank to communicate with any of the leaseholders. Oh and nearly forgot they arbitrarily decided to demand that we increase our reserve/sinking fund by over 300% They are appalling managing agents and I see this goes right across the board (Birmingham office makes interesting reading!). Their slogan should be AVOID AVOID AVOID!
