Awful! Flat was let out in appalling conditions. Mould everywhere. The bathroom has no extractor fan which is against EU law and therefore damp and needs re-plastering.. Everything was broken and needed to be fixed. Pipes leaking...Really bad soundproof. Staff are rude. They help the one's who don't do any paid work, when I first started my paid job, they hassled me constantly for rent, which I had already paid by Direct Debit.I have had problems with my neighbour for three years. Loud music constantly kept me awake and unable to relax in my home. Cheltenham Borough Homes kept referring the issue back and forth to Environmental Health. They originally gave him a noise abatement notice. He and his friends have thrown up over my bedroom window. He has done drugs and the highlight of one weekend was when police were removing cannabis plants from his flat. He was evicted and then they gave him another tenacy in the same property claiming that they were unaware of the drugs issue, which is untrue as the police always inform the housing association concerned by law. I spoke to Cheltenham Borough Homes and they always defended him saying he had problems.I myself have a disability but do not feel the need to make other people's life a misery and be disrespectful. I was told that I need to be patient. I have been spoken to rudely by staff. They don't even ring you back. Anyone with a learning or physical disability do not use them as they will NOT SUPPORT YOU. THEY ONLY SUPPORT THE DRUG ADDICTS!
