        I still remember renting a flat from these horrible people in 2013/14. Black mold all over the bedroom ceiling and they did nothing about it. Just rude responses to my requests to have the mold removed. Had three chest infections that year - that was fun! No doubt they will claim to have no record of my tenancy. Steer clear. Edit: in response to the reply below claiming this review is fake, the tenancy in question was from August 2013 - August 2014 at FLAT 1, 29 GROSVENOR STREET, CHELTENHAM, GLOUCESTERSHIRE, GL52 2SQ. Would you like me to send you the tenancy agreement to update your records? Good to see you're still treating people like dirt and lying.
