Cannot recommended LPE Plumbing highly enough! Lewis and his team were fantastic with helping me with a plumbing issue. They were quick to respond, very knowledgeable and polite, and managed to sort the cause of the problem quickly. Lewis went above and beyond to help fix an issue and was always available to discuss any questions I had throughout the process. Excellent service, with friendly and well qualified staff, who quickly and effectively resolved the problem-brilliant! Will definitely be using in future and have recommended to all friends and family. Thank you!!

Our boiler broke one Sunday evening. Lewis came round Monday and fitted a new boiler the following week. He left us with plenty of heaters to keep us warm while we had no heating. Great and quick service Would highly recommend

Lewis was recommended to me. It was a promising start. We arranged an appointment for a boiler service. He was friendly and courteous and I felt reassured he would be able to deal with the issues I have been having. He did not turn up. I thought I may have got the day wrong so I left telephone messages and a message through the website to check and confirm the appointment. Nothing by way of response. Things crop up which means we can't always keep appointments. That's understood. But failing to speak me before or since is not the way to go. Hence two stars. I've seen the response from the owner and I do appreciate the reply and the apology but there does still seem to be a breakdown of communication at your end as to what happened. I have no record of any voicemail after my call to you at 12:54 on 10th which is why I sent a message to you via your website at 17:45 on 10th. I was at the house all day on 17th just in case someone did turn up. Nobody did and no card was left. I wish the business well and I hope you are able to improve communications with future clients going forward.
