Great opening hours and always helpful, occasionally the machine doesnt work or opening hours have to change but 9/10 times great service

Twice recently I've used this shop and came away feeling quite annoyed and upset. The young man who works there is incredibly rude. I guess because they are a Post Office they get money anyway so providing a good service isn't essential. My niece has had similar experiences so I'm not going there again. Update April 2023. Had the unfortunate experience of collecting a parcel. Same rudeness. Pretending not to understand what I'm saying even though I smile and speak clearly.Parcel was actually thrown onto counter top. Unbelievable! Is it because I'm a white woman?? So unpleasant!

Rude!!! If you like no eye contact and being spoken to in grunts like your a absolute pain to even be there, if acknowledged at all, then this is the place for you! The boys/men here dont even look at you and grunt where possible if they have to speak to you. If you like service with a smile dont go here. The Post office is shocking and unhelpful to a point I wont be going here again, which means I wont be spending in the shop here either. Lost business from me. But I guess thats what you get when staff just scroll phones and dont acknowledge you for months no matter how polite you are.
