Salisbury Avenue Post Office

Nice staff, get most things done. Unfortunately; opening hours here on Google say 8-8, on the door 8-8, inside 8-8 "main hours 9-5:30 limited services available outside of main post office hours" I arrived at 5:45pm still expecting to be able to pay in... Was completely shut. Arrived at 8:30am this morning, nobody here! Luckily was served at 8:45. Not the best situation when trying to use for business pay in

I had an extremely important letter to post, so of course I used the signed for 1st class service. Thought I could trust this post office to deliver it in a timely manner, though turns out I couldn't, it took them FIFTEEN DAYS for the letter to be delivered. 1st class should not take half a month to turn up. I could literally walk to the recipient in less time than that. I've put a claim in, but what does that matter, I'm never going to use this post office again as I cannot trust them to simply send a letter. I would avoid this post office.

An extremely useful Co-op shop on Salisbury Avenue, Warden Hill, on the south side of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, UK,with both roadside and dedicated parking.The store is extremely well stocked and has the useful addition of a full service Post Office on the premises.Opening hours from 7.30am until 10.30 pm...7 days a week.

There's a notice on the door to the shop which says the post office opens at 7.00 am. THIS IS NOT TRUE! It opens at 9.00 am. Why would they choose to misinform their customers? Bizarre!
