In a queue for post office man asks us all what we are Queue for to relieve the queue so some of us can use the self service.
Explained renewal of drivers licence as does the man behind. Wait & wait then told as arrive at kiosk Wi-Fi not working cant renew licence. Why not tell us that when we were asked by the guy previously. So disorganised & poor customer service. I do feel slightly sorry as appear short staffed
