I had a problem with the boiler, in my house, turning off every now and then. I contacted Rhys and he came over already the day after. He did some testing and was quick to identify the problem. He ordered new parts that were needed and while we waited for the parts to arrive he kept in touch to check if we had a warm house and that the boiler had not totally given up. He and Tom came over and they did an excellent job changing parts in the boiler. They were on time, worked efficiently and left the place spotless.The boiler has worked perfectly ever since. Aurora have been brilliant from start to finish. Rhys spent a lot of time giving me clear and honest advice and making sure I was happy with the system before installation. The quote to change my system boiler for a combi was the best I received and I was scheduled in for just over a weeks time, Rhys was very quick to respond to any questions I had over text. I am over the moon with the new boiler, all pipework is neat and tidy and the house has been left spotless. Will be recommending to people going forward and would definitely use Aurora again.
