Arranged boiler service and repair on behalf of disabled mother-in-law. Boiler had tripped out leaving her without heating and hot water. Tim of of Blu-Fish arranged visit within 24 hours. Fault was diagnosed and a quote sent to me immediately outlining costs of parts and labour to rectify. He then arranged a follow up visit to fit required parts and service the boiler the next day. Lee the engineer who attended was polite, clean/tidy and efficient. Huge relief to me to get it sorted in that timeframe. Great service - thoroughly recommend Blu-Fish, thank you.
