Rosie made me feel incredibly welcome as a newcomer to her pilates group, especially as someone who joined as a newbie over zoom. She is truly dedicated to ensuring we all get the most out of each class, whilst putting everyone at ease with her friendly and calm teaching style. I would certainly recommend Rosie to anyone looking to take up or continue pilates - the Zoom lessons at the moment are fantastic and I look forward to in-person classes in the future.

I've spent this whole year going to Rosemary's classes and it really helped me with all my back problems. I've tried chiropractics and different therapies in the past with no luck and this was definitely what I needed. I'm moving away and will miss her loads, she is such a lovely and caring person. Definitely recommend it!

I found Rosemary about 12 years ago when I was suffering from sciatica, had tried my doctor, physiotherapy, a chiropractor - nothing had worked for me - and I was in constant pain. During our first telephone conversation, Rosemary said please come and see me, I know I can help you. And within a couple of one-on-one sessions, she did just that ; I was pain free at last. I then started to attend one of the weekly classes and have been going ever since. I suffer from lower back pain and I know from experience that if I dont attend Rosemarys classes regularly, my back gets worse and sciatica can develop. I think Rosemary is a fantastic Pilates teacher. With her medical background, she fully understands the human body, is passionate about her teaching - and it shows! She teaches every second of her lessons, telling us when to breathe in and out, how and when to move and is constantly checking everyone in class to ensure we are all moving and breathing correctly. The studio is a great space, filled with comfort and daylight and the classes are fun, exacting and totally worthwhile. I have recommended a number of friends to Rosemarys teaching over the years and will continue to do so ; without exception, they have all benefited from her expertise.
