I met Katie in 2015. I came back to the UK with an ankle injury that was meant to be on the mend. Ive been to a Physio which had me taped and on crutches. 6 weeks on something wasnt quite right. It was like my foot was its own entity and completely detached from my leg. From first consultation, Katie asked what happened, what treatment I had and what it feels like. While she was chatting away, she manipulated my ankle and blood came rushing up my leg. It felt tingly and relieved. 2 more sessions and homework, I was back up and running. She fixed my foot, retrained my brain and strengthened my ankle in 3 sessions! I havent look back since. When I have any niggles, I go to Katie because I know she will not keep you in her appointment book if you no longer need her services.

Katie has so much knowledge and has really helped me with my knee and shoulder issues. Not only was she able to help me in the short-term through acupuncture, cupping and massage but she also gave me actionable measures to take for the long term. Her friendly and caring but no-nonsense approach is just what I needed. Thanks Katie!

Katie was recommended to me by my then personal training to help me with some persistent IT band and back issues. She did a brilliant job of not only getting to the bottom of why I had these issues, but also getting them sorted. I've seen her several times since (I'm not getting any younger, so its just the way it is) and she's been excellent not only at sorting various niggles and flare-ups, but also explaining the reasoning behind them and how to prevent them. Her usual suggestion for most things is "try doing yoga", but of course I ignore that. So good, I recommended her to my wife.

Katie has really helped me with 2 completely separate issues and provided me with long term exercises to help prevent further issues in the long term. One runners injury and one relating to headaches - fixed with acupuncture and a lesson on how to sit at my desk properly at work! Katie's manner immediately makes you feel relaxed and comfortable and a real sense of listening to what the problems you are facing. I'd recommend Katie to anyone suffering from problems similar to mine or any other obvious physio (or not obvious as I found with the headaches)
