Went to collect prescription sent by 111 service, arrived in good time to collect to find the pharmacist had been sent somewhere else. If as a company they are unable to fulfill their NHS obligations they should at least notify the 111 out of hours service, then they should at least notify the service of their incompetence, Result 30 mile abortive round trip and no medication, looking at another night without pain relief. YET another failure by Lloyds, the sooner the take over comes about the better. The branch at the Mythe Surgery at Tewkesbury is just as bad being regularly unable to supply medications.

Made an appointment for a flu jab and turned up to be told the person responsible had gone home hours ago. Basically implied I was a idiot for expecting a booked and confirmed appointment to be honoured. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
