St Marks Pharmacy

This is the worst pharmacy ever I have been to. Keep telling me my Dr's have not drop down my prescriptions ring the Dr's time just to find out it was already there this has been happening for a while yet they never get peoples hereon fix wrong in the mornings yet I seen elderly people not got there heart tablets etc and having same problems as me think it's so unfair when there getting elderly people medicine wrong yet I get band because I called them because they got hold of the Dr's in less in 2mins well my surgery has a long calling time etc number 40 or 70 in the cue so how they mange that call in 2 mins to Dr's is a lie yet they banded me just because I said they were lying I already made a full complaint to Gloucester health service also got the press coming out as they can't just ban because I called them lier want you don't know is I recorded it on my phone every time I call them got a medical heath soiclter dealing with this now

Constantly being told medication is not ready doctor sent prescription five days before hand had to go to hospital to get the medication as if life saving will never trust this chemist again

Pharmacist was very rude and arrogant. And shouted from beh8nd the counter so other customers could hear.
