    As a person who finds going to the gym hard, Luciano has given me the motivation to improve my fitness and make sure I look after my body and health. He will always know how to adjust exercises to suit my needs particularly if my back is playing up. I always feel motivated and invigorated after my session and ready to seize the day.

    I have been having PT sessions with Luciano for a few years now and would definitely recommend him. He is very experienced and knowledgable and trains people from all age groups. He tailors the training sessions and exercises to suit your age, goals and abilities and also ensures that your do the exercises correctly. He is genuinely interested in finding out what you want from the sessions and will do all that he can to help you achieve your goals. He also provides support throughout with regular emails full of tips and ideas to help you stay focused. Highly recommended!

    I have been training with Luciano for the past seven months, having previously been at another gym doing group sessions. I was getting bored going there three times per week and cardio wasn't for me. At my age, 50 plus, I wanted to concentrate on my strength, core and bone protection. Luciano is always professional and very supportive. Whenever I have hesitated in believing I can do something, like jumping onto a box! he has always been there encouraging me in a calm manner. This has helped me in all aspects of life, that the only thing to fear is yourself. Thanks to him, I have become stronger in body and mind. He really is the nicest of guys and I highly recommend him.     For the last 5 months I have been having personal training sessions with Luciano from Kydd Fitness. It has had a significant impact on my strength, fitness and how I approach my health. I find the big benefit is the focus on strength training including weight lifting. As a woman, I know that muscle strengthening is important not only for toning but for maintaining strength in later years. Increasing how many kilograms I can lift a week is encouraging, and I enjoy smashing previous records. Luciano is very personable and very encouraging. He is warm and I count our sessions as a social as well. Luciano regularly sends emails and messages that focus on habits and nutrition which are a big help. I chose Kydd Fitness because I wanted to lose weight and improve strength and I am achieving these aims. I would recommend Luciano to anyone wishing to have a personal trainer.

    I started looking for personal training to help with my confidence in using gym equipment and also to help with my mental health. I was worried about having personal training because I knew it was expensive and I felt so unfit and was worried I would be totally out of my comfort level. However, I feel extremely lucky to have come across Luciano because he has been amazing! His knowledge, expertise and manner is incredible, I always felt like I could ask any questions, get advise on things and know it was genuine. He always made me feel at ease and as I was in the best hands. He was confident to correct me if my form was incorrect and gave great tips and hints on making things work better. You are not only paying for the 1:1 sessions but you also get incredibly indepth emails on things like nutrition, sleep ect and also use of an app with workouts to do in your own time which is very helpful! Before working with Luciano I was looking for gain confidence in using gym equipment in the correct way and knowing more about moving my body correctly. I felt nervous about looking for a personal trainer because I was so clueless but working with Luciano was amazing because he never made me feel silly or like any of my questions were "stupid" I was embarrassed about my fitness level but Luciano put me at ease straight away by making my personal plan work for my fitness levels which was great. I always felt like I had completed a good workout but didn't feel like I was totally out of my depth and it was unproductive which was a worry of mine. I have seen great progress since starting with Luciano, mainly in my confidence in using equipment and knowing my ability but also within my fitness levels as well. Any hurdles e.g covid were very easily overcome in having the opportunity to train over zoom or move the session. I have got everything I wished for and more by working with Luciano and I an extremely grateful for all his hard work. Couldn't recommend Luciano more if I tried, thank you so much!
