I had been doing my own training plans for a while but had started to lose site of what was best for me. Met Dave through an olympic weight lifting class that he taught. Liked his style of teaching so thought I'd give his programming a go. It is really personal to you and is very effective at helping you towards your goals. Feedback is a constant conversation so that the programs can be altered to your needs each week. he knows his stuff!

Having trained for a few years without a PT I thought I'd give OptimalFit a try and already seeing results just a few weeks in! Dave gives so much extra on top of just the training and is always happy to answer any questions, giving a personal touch to everything. Can't recommend highly enough!
