I hired the bouncy castles Combi for my daughters 5th birthday. Every one had amazing time , and didnt sit down for a minute . The castle has been dropped off in time and picked up at the agreed time as well. Very friendly and efficient people

Brillant company , communication is second to none, keeping me at ease every step of the way, all of my worries and questions where swiftly answered, hottube was amazing. Every step taken to give me the best experienc, brillant service and nice people can't ask for more. I love the online booking so easy and straight forward very good if you have Anxiety when phoning people you don't know. Thank you, I will be using your services again.

Can't get hold of anyone, phone number doesn't work, emails sent, no answer. A shame as I had a big order for them.

Impeccable customer service, I was dubious based on a few reviews I had read on here claiming poor service but was massively impressed. Its such an easy system to book it online as it says to do so all over their page. A small family run business that's clearly out and about serving customers, so I understand no getting quick replies, but to my surprise, when you follow the simple instructions on their page, they are friendly, helpful and quick fo fix any problems you have!! I guess we just have an entitled generation now that expect instant responses and think they don't have to follow the same simple booking procedure that everyone else does. I've spoken to them a few times now and want to thank them for their amazing service, especially as they have a baby due in about 4 weeks time, they didn't let me down!!! Highly recommend to anyone having a bash and want it to be spectacular!!
