Carlton Clinic has been fantastic in my treatment for my neck and back. My family have been going for many years. Mark is a very down to earth person and really approachable with any questions you may have. And the treatment room is a very relaxing atmosphere would recommend to everyone.

I visited Marks practice last week for the first time after being recommended by a friend. It was my general posture that was concerning me especially my neck and back. After an initial examination Mr Lester gave me treatment for my problems, gentle massage and acupuncture being two of the methods applied, he also gave me helpful advice on some techniques to improve strengthening my back and neck muscles. All of this has greatly improved my problems and whilst this is early days I will be returning for further treatments in the near future. I highly recommend his excellent practice to all. I cannot recommend Mark too highly as an osteopath and also at,. acupuncture .

Mark managed to fit me in at short notice when I put my back out and after just one session I was walking back upright again. After a couple of follow on sessions my back is now back to health and I cant thank Mark enough. Id highly recommend him to anyone suffering with back pain. Thanks Mark!

Mark has treated me very successfully over the last 15 years for a variety of joint problems. He also successfully treated my wife for a frozen shoulder. He listens carefully, has a very pleasant manor and is very competent and professional.
