        Absolutely brilliant handling of vouchers. Amazing customer service. Ive had my glasses for a few years now and cannot fault them at all. 10000 times better than specsavers or any other competitors! Special shout out to Theresa and Emma for their amazing customer service skills every time!

        I bought a pair of Titanium frames 2 years ago. Recently they broke on the nose bridge. They were sent off to the makers by Scrivens in Cheltenham and returned, saying they couldnt repair them. My disappointment wasnt the fact they couldnt repair them, but more that twice they informed me they call me back with an up date, which wasnt done. I had to call them and on the last occasion they tried to sell me another frame at 150, rather than try to redirect me to an optical repair service, which I have found myself locally. Very poor after service, just want your money!
