        There are never dedicated staff for the behind counter medicines, so you inevitably have to join the 15-20min prescriptions queue just to buy common, non-prescription products. I'll get it on Amazon, then.

        I wouldn't go anywhere else for eye care. Boots in Regent Arcade have been looking after my eyes for about 4 years now. The opticians are always professional and friendly, the dispensers are polite, friendly and attentive and the prices are very reasonable.

        Arrived on time, 15 minutes of waiting was told my 4 year old needed to wear a mask. Very disappointed, children are exempt.
