Words cannot express how grateful I am to the staff, After a decade of squinting and being given increasingly strong glasses that did nothing to fix the problem in a few months they were able to fit me with lenses that allow me to see the world In a I'd forgotten existed. Every step of the way the team went above and beyond the opthalmologist even cutting into his lunch breaks for my follow ups. To any fellow neurodivergant patients I cannot recommend Dermot highly enough, He walked me through all of the process and was happy to answer all of my questions and random anxieties. All in all a fantastic team and a life changing set of contacts.

Our daughter has been seen by James for a number of years now and I cannot recommend KHO or James highly enough. The service, attention to detail and friendly yet professional manner we are always treated by the whole team is credit to this companies ethics and approach. Our daughter can be challenging owing to her ASD and required a behavioural optometrist. James has never been anything but amazing, even when clearly things are not proceeding as they normally would, this flexible and personalised approach makes the whole experience so much easier. I moved to Cheltenham in 2021 and needed to find a good, reliable opticians. Keith Holland were the most impressive, really friendly and helpful covering a range of eye conditions. Following operations for cataracts in 2022 Dermot carried out a range of tests on the health and visual accuracy of my eyes. During these sessions we discussed a problem I had with dry eyes. Dermot recommended IPL treatment. I had four sessions as my left eye has a narrow duct and took longer to respond to the treatment. Each time Dermot explained the procedure and what to expect. I'm very pleased that I went ahead with the treatment as it has made a huge improvement and my eyes are much more comfortable. The procedure is safe and painless, and Dermot clearly knows what he is doing.
