Chapman Opticians

I have been a customer of Chapmans for many years, I wear Contact Lenses and the service and attention has been very good. I enquired about swimming goggles for my Grandson who is 9 years old, from the very start the friendly assistant put his mind at ease and he is very pleased with his goggles. The staff are very orofessional but with a relaxed atmosphere, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is an outstanding opticians. I have been a customer of Chapmans for 20+ years, and they have my loyalty because every aspect of the service they provide is first class. Sam, the manager sets the one she is warm, welcoming and professional with every customer. Marie or Alison have generally tested my eyes, and they are very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly you never feel rushed. Henry managed my new glasses appointment today and was excellent. The lady on reception is also really good. This feels like a happy place to be employed and a very well managed business. As a consequence, customers are the ones who truly benefit. Thank you!

Sam and the whole team were brilliant and really helpful. It was mine and my wifes first pair of glasses so we needed strong guidance! The eye tests were very detailed and Mimi took the time to discuss our results and talked us through various photos of our eyes which was interesting and provided reassurance that nothing was wrong. The team made the experience extremely enjoyable & weve both come away with glasses that really suit us. Would highly recommend!!
