        The initial eye test was thorough and spotted a problem I didn't know I had. Everything was explained clearly and simply with plenty of options. I was talked into bi focals which, sadly, I had to return. Under their returns policy, I was able to swap them for normal and reading pairs. There were a couple of mistakes ordering frames and it took 7 visits and 4 weeks to get two pairs of glasses. However, they're the best glasses I've had in 30+ years wearing specs.
