        I understand cancellations happen, but to have two appointments cancelled one via text two weeks ago on a Sunday and one 15th April via phone as i was walking into store didn't appease me..so to say i was disappointed. So ive changed to Vision Express...hope you sort yourselves out..

        I recently had the best eye rest I've ever had, with the nicest optician. He was so informative and knowledgeable, I came away understanding more than I ever have done coming away from an eye test. I've been wearing glasses since I was around 7, so this is a pretty big deal! Thank you to him and the lovely staff as always.

        Excellent service. Very patient practitioners. Very clear and helpful when answering questions about vision and glasses. Easy parking and access.

        Waited from 1st October for an eye test. Paid for glasses. Glasses ready 16th November but not correct. Second eye test booked for 24th November when I was told I had to wear glasses for two weeks. That was when I cancelled.
