I had the pleasure of using Natasha and her expertise over the months of July and August 2020! Not only was she a great listener her knowledge was expectional! Natasha firstly advised me to do a Thyroid test . Following this she gave me advise on supplements to help me through my menopause and the problems I had sleeping all of which have helped .

Wow! I was so impressed with Tash and her professional recommendations about my nutrient requirements. I honestly didn't know what to expect and generally considered my diet to be good. However, I couldn't recommend her enough! She pointed out small and manageable changes I could make which have well and truly changed my diet for the better. I now view food in a different light and fully understand my own specific needs. On top of this she is really approachable and she takes her time to listen to you and come up with solutions to your problems
