We had to pick our nursery during Covid lockdown when we weren't able to make any in-person visits or tours. It's hard to decide when you haven't seen the nurseries or met the staff and are deciding based on videos and prospectuses. We were naturally apprehensive when our little one started, wondering if we had made the right choice, but we are blown away. Excited wiggles on arrival, arms out for the key workers, and great activities throughout the day. Happy and tired at home time. They keep us up to date with plenty of detail to help us maintain routines too. Aside from a fabulous team at the Lansdown nursery, keeping our little one happy, I wanted to write a review to highlight just how much the team has embraced our desire for baby-led and a bit of extra sustainability. They didnt bat an eyelid at our request for reusable wipes etc. and they have also taken on elimination communication and continuing the work weve been doing at home. They are amazing and a special mention for Izzy and Lauren for helping us on this journey. Wont hesitate to recommend and thank you!

Our daughter has been going to Little Trees since she was 9 months old in the midst of the pandemic (previously TreeTops before taken on by Dean Close). We have been incredibly pleased with our choice, especially when comparing with mum friends and the support/communication they receive at their nurseries (or lack of!). The team have been fabulous, very accommodating of our choice for reusable nappies and wipes and for no desserts when she was under 1. She's now in the toddler department and loves all the activities and the newly designed garden is fantastic, out almost everyday weather permitting! They have an app where they record daily activities, including food served/eaten, sleep and bowel movements, so you're never left not knowing. You can send messages to them, log holidays and sickness and keep in the loop with their news feed for any alerts etc (COVID cases, themed jumper days, surveys, chicken pox, lice etc - all the good stuff!). I'd highly recommend this nursery to any parent and will be booking in our second baby once born in May!

I have just read the reviews above and am so shocked and disgusted that two people could write such lies about Treetops. My children have been going through treetops for 5 years. My newborn is signed up for September 2018. I cannot believe that someone would desecrate the place in such a manner. Treetops and it's staff are dedicated, nurturing and wonderful people. They have showered my children in love and given them a safe and happy environment. My oldest who is now in school always, every morning will come in at drop off and see the staff for hugs. She adores them, especially Debbie. The reviewer obviously has no idea what she is talking about. Letting chikdren cry? Utter nonsense!!! Debbie is like a surrogate mother to my children. She is so kind and a wonderful woman. It breaks my heart to think that a person who met her for 5 minutes would say such cruel things about her. It would devastate her to think someone has written such horrible words. Shame on you reviewer. Please if you are reading this do not pay any attention to the poor review. Treetops nursery is incredible. Ruth and the other members of staff are fantastic and have helped my children grow emotionally, physically and academically. I cannot rate it high enough. I suggest if you are thinking about your child going here. You take some time to go and have a tour around it. You'll get such a good feeling. I hopefully know what I'm talking about as a primary school teacher and former early years lead teacher.
