Very bad work done, craters in the gel, bumps and lumps, product stuck to cuticle and 2 nails lifted after only 5 days! This is BUILDER gel, its not supposed to do this! The technician used her own nail to scrape away excess gel around cuticle and free edge....gross! A tool like a wood stick should be used! The equipment they use is also filthy, especially the uv lamps! I emailed my complaint allowing them an opportunity to redeem themselves, but they did not bother to respond. This business does not care, not about good business acumen, or clients satisfaction! I have photos but cannot upload them.
