        If you get the friendly funny guy you'll have a great nail experience and he'll make sure you've got the perfect nails you want and you'll leave smiling ... But if you get the angry miserable guy it's just awkward and unenjoyable and you feel like apologising for coming in and bothering him... Even saying you want oval not square gets a scowl...
