Middletons Mobility Cheltenham

We spent around 6K on a bed and recliner/riser chair only to get a 40 parking ticket for parking outside the shop. We called Middleton's twice but no resolution and despite the web site saying that the shop is open it's closed until January 5th. We are cross that we must pay the fine. It's taken the shine off the purchase of the lovely furniture. Edit to this on 10/01/23. Can't get through on the phone and the shop is still closed. We are concerned that they may have ceased trading. I've seen a few internet posts saying similar and another person in a disability shop said he had heard they have ceased trading.

Very warm and friendly.kate was really good and knew exactly what I wanted.i have ordered my scooter and tried it out ,can't wait to get my freedom back.

Ordered Discovery Plus scooter paid in full told delivery 24th October transport phoned delivery 2nd November which was unacceptable ShannonB at customer service sorted it out thanking her for such good service arrived 24th Also driver very helpful to make sure mum was happy would always recommend Middletons

I purchased my new mobility Scooter from the Cheltenham branch after my old scooter decided to fail. Gail was amazingly helpful and did everything within her power to get me the right deal. Which she did. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. They also make a lovely cuppa.
