Positive Glow Heating Plumbing

Although a polite and friendly man with the appearance of good knowledge of his trade, the quality of his work was very poor and he would leave our house in an unbelievable mess (dirty water sprayed all over walls, ceilings and floors) every time he came to do some work. He cracked our tiles, fitted the showers so loose they were coming off the walls, and didnt complete the whole job in the end due to his other commitments (tried to leave us without anything working for two weeks holding every other trade up). He abandoned us when we needed him most. If youre going to use him, dont use him for plumbing- only gas. His workmanship isnt good or tidy enough for bathrooms.

Just before Christmas with a newborn baby in the house, our ancient boiler finally gave up. Facing a re-site and new boiler, we called just about every plumber we could find. Paul not only responded to us quickly but cancelled holiday for the following week and installed and re sited a new boiler over the following two days on his own. He was punctual, had clear communication, completed a frankly Herculean amount of work in a short period of time, and was conscientious and professional throughout. We wouldnt hesitate to use Paul again! Cant recommend him enough, great plumber!

The boiler gave up a week before Christmas, I mustve called all the 24/7 heating engineers I could find on Google, Paul was the only one answered my call and managed to find and install a new boiler within a week, cant thank him enough for that. Friendly and very professional, highly recommended.

Paul was fantastic. He fitted a a new radiator and shower, fixed our hot water system and helped us fit and set up our Wi-Fi thermostat. He was professional, turning up on time and was very tidy. We are really happy with the quality of his work, and would happily use his services again. We have already recommended him to friends and neighbours. If you need a plumber, you will be in safe hands with Paul.

Had a Worcester Bosch gas boiler fitted last week by a very pleasant and professional engineer. Excellent service and I would highly recommend this company .
