Northwood managed our flat while we were in Cheltenham for approximately 1.5 years. Lisa, the property manager, was amazing and always very prompt in addressing any concerns or issues we had.

As a first time renter I was nervous to start this experience but Northwood were very helpful. I had a couple of viewings with Milly and she was very helpful and understanding about my situation. Milly helped me find a property that was suitable for me. I would definitely reccomend if you are a first time renter looking for someone who is friendly and helpful.

I was with Northwood for 4 years as a tenant. They maintain high standards for their properties but are always open to discussion and treated me with respect. Lisa in particular was an exceptional property manager maintaining an excellent line between ensuring the landlord's interests were protected but also that I as a tenant was supported.

All of the staff at Northwood Cheltenham have been great - genuinely helpful and transparent in all the best ways. Always quick to help sort out any issues and really communicative in the process!
