They answered the telephone yesterday evening and although they didn't have the medication I needed they ordered it and I have just rung and it is in, all within 24 hours. Very pleasant and helpful people.

I heard the staff being very rude to the customer ahead of me in the queue whilst he was being served. Despite the fact I had waited patiently in the queue (of 2), when I got to the front of the queue I was told very brusquely that they had closed. They never seem to have required medications, despite it being a repeat order. I suspect they trust that their proximity to a well known supermarket will give them a captive customer base that their service will not damage.

Dont bother trying to call. I am frustrated, have tried all morning to get a response. I have made 19 phone calls, no answer. No answer phone, no point having a phone number advertised if no-one going to bother to answer. Dreadful queues when attempting to collect medication. They will be please to know they no longer have my custom, maybe then they will be more efficient and friendly. I have never come across such a poorly operated pharmacy.
