Terrible place missed one appointment because I broke down as Steve Scott knew I had an issue with my car when I went to apologise and to reschedule some work with him number one I had my 3 year old girl in the car and Mr Scott swore profusely with his son there and my daughter in eyesight and earshot . No 2 I'm not scared easily but I felt insulted as to why he wouldn't listen as he was getting very aggressive ... Never going there again

Failed to spot a major problem with the air flow system due to their reliance on the electronic fault finder. When another garage found the fault and I raised it with Steve, he reacted badly and defensively but agreed to think about a refund. Unfortunately I am still waiting for said refund.

Exceptional, trustworthy service. Steve is very friendly and helpful, and did a great job on replacing our brake pads at short notice. It's great to speak directly to the person who is carrying out the actual work on your car. A traditional automotive service at it's best, and as it should be.
