The White Company

How was The White Company? ... why do we get asked stupid questions like this from Google Maps.... it was across The Promenade in Cheltenham from the bench we sat on.... I've given this post 1-star so I hope the White Company will complain to Google!

Having had a mix up with my online order, I called The White Company in Cheltenham. I spoke to a wonderful lady called Sharon, who took the time to listen to my query, then called other stores on my behalf and managed to source the item I wanted from the Chichester branch Sharon went above and beyond to help me - fantastic customer service - couldnt recommend more highly

Lovely shop. Easy access from buses outside, love their range of clothes.

Very judgemental staff, supervisor asked other members of staff to keep an eye on them when we were browsing the shop, we were then followed around the shop and werent offered any help, was followed up and down the stairs. Felt very degraded, and as if we didnt meet the criteria for the store We later returned to the store to make our purchases, and approached the supervisor about previous comments that were made and we didnt even receive an apology, despite making a large purchase. We will definitely NOT be returning to this store. And would also not recommend any other young mothers with prams to go this store, as you will be judged and not supported with your purchases.

The staff went above and beyond last time I visited this store! A pregnant employee went all the way upstairs and outback just to go and see if they recieved the new myrhh candle i was looking for on delivery. All staff members equally as courteous and polite and enjoyed my shopping experience
