        Went into the shop to buy some shoes for my toddler. I asked if they could measure his feet to which they replied no, they dont measure I then asked if I put a pair of shoes on my toddler would they check it fits as to which they said they werent qualified and walked off. Not much engagement or willing to help at all. In the end I decided to go to Schuch as they provide a fitting service and theyre all brilliant with toddlers and engaging. The staff in office didnt approach us to ask if we needed assistance either we had to ask then, the shop was very quiet and they were more interested in talking to eachother and tidying the store than engaging with customers. Wont be shopping in here again for my toddler.
