        Pauline was really lovely and enthusiastic but we decided not to proceed with Schmidt even though our previous kitchen was Schmidt and we were very pleased with it. We were surprised to be told you cant use le creuset pans on an induction hob - weve been using our successfully for 14 years and le creuset themselves recommend them! We were not allowed to take away any drawings to think about the design and we felt over directed - I wanted my freezer in the utility room not the kitchen but told it wasnt the right way! We explored designs and options with 2 other similar priced kitchen , one bespoke hand made and one German and were given layouts by both - it really made the difference as we lived with it and changed a few elements after full consideration
