Its never been worn and she no longer has the receipt. Only today my mum was trying it on and noticed a small hole. The hole is a cigarette burn. She does not smoke, the item has never been worn .. or has it?? Clearly this has been done in the shop and has been returned without proper inspection. We are quite disgusted, but unfortunately 3 months has passed and the receipt is gone. Nothing to stand on here with rights, but omg. How can a new item have a cigarette hole?
